Important Update

We would like to inform you that over the coming weeks we will be transitioning away from our current Synaptik App as part of ongoing improvements to our systems and processes. A new platform is currently in development and will provide an improved experience for our Healthcare Professionals.

Once the new platform becomes available, you will receive further communication and instructions by email regarding access and next steps.

Please note that the current platform will no longer be available from 31st May.

During the transition period between systems, we may temporarily need to manage certain activities via email, including the submission of forms, supporting documents, availability updates, and other related information where required.
