About us
Synaptik provides healthcare expertise, delivering waiting-for-time support and high-quality outcomes for the NHS and its patients. We are recruiting Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANP) for projects across the UK.
Role:
- To act as an autonomous practitioner working independently and with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat patients in an in-patient setting.
- Taking specimens (Blood, Urine etc.), ordering investigations & interpreting results
- Creating short to long-term treatment plans and prescribing medication based on test findings
- Managing and providing post-surgical care to patients
- Ordering Xray investigations
- Performing evaluations of the patients and referring them to specialists as necessary
- Writing notes and discharge letters.
Candidate:
- Minimum Band 7
- NMC Registration
- Previous ANP Experience with appropriate qualifications:
- Clinical judgement & decision making
- Advanced clinical examination
- Independent prescriber
- IRMER certified
